very good....
STL and KC have unbelievable racial disparity. It couldn't be anymore blairingly obvious. Hell, taxpayers fund the most comprehensive study on race every 10 years. Why can't we just start tackling the problem?
At last they came up with a great idea. Not bad.
I don't want to insult anybody here. Maybe there's a tonal inflection that doesn't translate to words. You guys do realize the constitution mandates the census so that the House of Representatives can be apportioned?
